FAQ

Packages ship out every Thursday after an order is received. If you live within the United States, you can expect your package in 3-5 business days, once shipped. For International shipments, you can expect your package in 5-15 business days.

*International shipments, please keep in mind that once an item leaves Creek Living to be shipped internationally, it is in the jurisdiction of the receiving country’s postal service and customs. Once an item is in customs it can be held by that country for up to 45 days. Creek Living does not have authority over the package at this time. It is the buyer’s responsibility to contact your country’s postal services or customs to locate a package, as the seller is no longer in possession of the package once it leaves the US. Please check your email for a tracking number and file a claim if an item is held in customs for more than 45 days.

While Creek Living understands the desire for handmade work to be personally selected, for an online store it isn’t feasible to go through each and every order in this way. With most of the pottery for sale on our site, the item you select is the item you will receive. If there are multiples of a piece, it will say so in the description. In this case, we will take great care in how we select and pair items for your order and will provide you with the most complementary items to the best of our ability. Remember, our items are handmade, and will show the marks of this process.

Pottery    Most all pottery pieces are food safe unless otherwise noted in the product description.  Small wares made of solely ceramic are microwave friendly. Please take care and do not overheat. Large pieces made of solely ceramic can be microwaved on a case to case basis. This information will be noted in the item description. Items include gold luster/metal handles/accented with wood are not microwave friendly. While most ceramic pieces are dishwasher friendly, hand-washing is always best to prevent chips and cracks.

Jewelry    If your brass, silver, or copper wares lose their shine, use a soft cloth (or chamois) to  polish and remove any oxidation.

Textiles
Creek Living prefers to gentle wash or hand-wash, hang dry and warm iron as needed. The NO heat setting on your dryer is fine, but please consider most textiles are cotton, linen or a mix, so high heat will shrink certain pieces.

Creek Living is a small, artist-owned business, please keep in mind that returns cannot be made for any reason beyond receiving the wrong product.

Damaged goods must be reported to Creek Living within 48 hours of the delivery date for a refund to be issued. A photo of the damaged piece, along with the box, packaging + all labels visible are required and sent to Creek Living with the report to inquire@creek-living.com. Damages reported after 2 day limit will not be refunded as time sensitive insurance claims will interfere. Refund or exchange of product will be discussed on a case to case basis.

Yes! We ask that you please be kind when purchasing handmade goods from any artist owned business. We work hard to create our art, and prepare our wares to send off to you. Creek Living + Jeffrey Parish are happy to become a part of your everyday.
